If you have a Tier 3 Kuda account, you can unlock several Premium rewards like cashback, priority support, unlimited profile pictures, and more by earning 50 Coins within a month.

What is Kuda Premium?
Kuda Premium is the highest level of our rewards program. It’s open to anyone who has a Tier 3 Kuda account.
How do I unlock Kuda Premium?You need to earn 50 Kuda Coins in a month to unlock Premium.
How do I earn Kuda Coins?
You earn one coin when you make a transaction worth ₦1,000 or more. This could be a transfer, a bill payment, or an airtime purchase. We’ll send you the coin 24 hours after the transaction.
- You’ll earn 25 coins if you maintain an average account balance of ₦50,000 for a month.
- Note: You can only earn a maximum of 250 coins each month.

You’ll find your coin balance in the top right corner of your home screen. Tap on the coin balance to see more details.

How do I keep my Premium status?
To keep your Premium status, you need to earn 50 coins each month.
If you don’t earn 50 coins in a month, you’ll lose access to your Premium benefits, but you’ll keep any coins you’ve already stored as cashback.
There’s an exception: The first time you unlock Kuda Premium, you’ll be on Premium for two months even if you don’t earn 50 coins in the second month.
Can I lose my Premium status?Yes. If you don’t earn 50 coins in a month, you’ll lose your Premium status at the start of the next month but you’ll keep any coins you’ve earned that have been to cashback.
Do my coins expire?If you don’t earn up to 50 coins in a month, any coins you earn will expire at the end of that month.Coins you earn after you’ve hit the 50-coin goal are stored in your cashback wallet and don’t expire.
What is a Kuda Coin worth?1 coin = ₦1Once you’ve earned 50 coins in a month, we’ll add ₦50 to your cashback wallet. Every extra coin you earn also becomes cashback.
What can I use my coins for?Your coins are converted to cashback which you can use to buy airtime or pay bills.
Can I lose coins?Yes. If you earn less than 50 coins in a month, those coins will be lost at the end of the month.
What happens when I unlock Premium?Once you earn 50 Kuda Coins, you’ll unlock Premium. You’ll see a Premium badge on your Kuda app dashboard, the theme of your Kuda app will change, and you’ll have access to Premium benefits.
What if I don’t get a coin after a transaction?You should get the coin within 24 hours of making the transaction.
