What is Merchant Suite?
Merchant Suite lets you manage your product catalog, categories, orders and cashier access from your Kuda Business account – all kept in sync with your POS in real time.
How do I add a product?
Go to the Merchant, select Products, tap Add, and enter a name and price. You can also add a category and description. New and updated products sync to your POS automatically.
Can I organize my products into categories?
Yes. Create categories and assign products to them for easier tracking – categories also appear in the Shop tab on your POS, making checkout faster for your staff.
How do I track my orders?
Open Orders in Merchant Suite to see everything grouped by status – Open, Settled, Saved and Voided. Orders sync automatically between your POS and Merchant Suite.
Can I cancel an order?
Only Super Admin and Admin users can void an open order. Once voided, an order moves to the Voided tab and can’t be charged or edited further.
How do I add a cashier?
Go to Cashiers in Merchant Suite and add their name. An access code is generated automatically, which they use to sign in to Sales Mode.
What is Sales Mode?
Sales Mode lets a cashier sign in with their access code on the Kuda Business app to take sales directly. Orders they create sync back to Merchant Suite in real time.
