You just need to open a Kuda Business account, then start and finish the entire registration process on the app.

How much will it cost me to register my business?

It’ll cost you 20,000 naira to register your business name(Sole Proprietorship or Partnership). For a Limited Liability Company (LLC), it’ll cost you ₦60,000.

What’s the difference between business name registration and company registration?

A business name registration lets you legally trade under a specific name. A company registration makes your business a legal entity separate from your personal identity.

What documents or details will I get after registering my business?

If you register your business name, you’ll get a Certificate of Incorporation, a status report and a Tax Identification Number.
If you register as a company, you’ll get a Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, a status report and a Tax Identification Number.

How do I register my business?

Tap Register A Business.
Select who you are registering the business for (yourself or another client).
