Check every beneficiary before you confirm
Kuda validates each beneficiary on your file automatically. If any entries don’t pass validation, they’re flagged for you to review – you can still go ahead and pay the beneficiaries who did pass, and sort out the rest afterwards. Confirm the batch with your transaction PIN once you’re happy with the details.

Transfers to other Kuda accounts in your batch are free. Transfers to other banks cost ₦10 per transfer.

What is Bulk Transfer?
Bulk Transfer lets you pay many beneficiaries at once by uploading a CSV or Excel file of their details on Kuda Business Web, instead of paying each person one by one.
How do I make a Bulk Transfer?
Sign in to Kuda Business Web, go to Payments, and select Bulk Transfer. Download and fill in the beneficiary template, then upload your completed CSV or Excel file. Review the beneficiaries Kuda has validated, then confirm with your transaction PIN.
What happens if some beneficiaries on my file don’t pass validation?
Kuda checks every beneficiary before you pay. Entries that don’t pass validation are shown to you, and you can choose to go ahead with the beneficiaries who did pass while you fix the rest.
Are there fees for Bulk Transfer?
Transfers to other Kuda accounts are free. Sending to other banks costs ₦10 per transfer.
Will I get confirmation once my Bulk Transfer is complete?
Yes. You’ll get an email notification once your Bulk Transfer has been processed.
Can freelancers use Bulk Transfer?
Yes, freelancers have access to Bulk Transfer on Kuda Business Web.
