Meet the new Kuda Business app

Running a business rarely means doing things one at a time. You’re often paying a supplier, checking orders, sorting stock, moving money and handling customers all at once.

That’s why we’ve given the Kuda Business app a fresh new look and made a few changes to help you find what you need faster, get things done in fewer taps and run your business with no stress, so you have more time for the things that matter.

Here’s everything that’s changed

Your top actions, right at the top

Your dashboard now shows four things you do most: Send, Move, Bills and Card. There’s no need to dig through to find them. Whether you’re moving money between your main and Expense Accounts, paying a bill or sending money, your most-used actions are right there when you open your Kuda Business app.

Everything you use, one tap away

At the bottom of the app, you’ll find Home, Send, POS, Merchants, and Hub. These are the tabs you’ll use most, so we’ve put them right where you can easily get to them whenever you need them.

Find everything POS in one place

The POS tab now holds your POS accounts, your sales, and your transaction history together. If you’re checking how much came in after a busy day, or looking up a customer’s transaction from last week, you don’t need to switch between screens to find what you’re looking for. 

A new place for your business tools

The Business Centre is now called Merchant. The tools you use to sell, like setting up inventory, checking orders and billing your customers, are now under Merchant.

Pay your business bills faster.

You now have a dedicated Bills tab for payments like electricity, internet, airtime and TV subscriptions.

It’s now easier to take care of these regular business expenses and get back to everything else you need to do.

Sending money without switching tabs

The Send screen now brings together sending money, checking requests, and finding beneficiaries in one place. You can pay a supplier, make a recurring transfer, send a bulk transfer or check a pending staff request without leaving the screen.

Do the little things quicker

Need to view account statement or limits, move money between your main account and an Expense Account or share account details? Tap the account switcher on your balance to do these quick account actions there.
